Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Each artisanal piece is created by hand. Please allow 3-4 weeks from your order date for delivery. 

Domestic Customers: Complimentary shipping for orders over $500

International Customers: Shipping and any applicable duties and taxes are configured during the checkout process

 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the order delivery date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, not altered in any way, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Email Support Guidelines

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that messages received over the weekend will be addressed the following business day.

Damages and Issues
Each item sent out is first meticulously inspected and logged. In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect order, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
For assistance with an exchange, email us at customercare@veltyria.com. Original item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, not altered in any way, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. Veltyria only accepts returns from our direct customers. If one of our products is purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
